This is what I found washed up on one of my favorite beaches, and they threatened to give me a ticket for my dog. I wonder what our taxes are going to? the fat park ranger who is so bored he has to threaten a ticket or can't he and his ranger buddies pick up the PLASTIC litter on the beach and really make a diffrence. This is Drakes Bay in Marin Co. California. This California photographer has incredible shots of this beach.
