Loyal to the Country

Posted by See The Light (Newcastle, United States) on 19 October 2007 in Abstract & Conceptual and Portfolio.

Graffiti found on a train in my local community. I don't often find songs to fit my photo's like Dave of concrete to cottages can. I like this song a lot and have had this image a while.
Here's to the land
Eddie Vedder (Pearl Jam)
And here's to the businessman of George W.,
Who want to change the focus from Halliburton and Enron
And their profits, like blood money are spilling out on the White House Lawn
To keep their hold on power they're using terror as a gun
While the bombs that fall on children don't care which side that they're on
Oh, here's to the land you've torn out the heart of
George W., find yourself another country to be part of.
This song can be seen and heard here.
