This is a rock art installation on the South Fork Yuba River. There were so many of these little rock sculptures you could not count them. It was getting dark so I only got a few decent shots , the downfall of the monopod. I also lost detail by not being able to close down the f stop.

I really like this image and you can see the spekle in the stones. Really nice contrasting colors!!!

This is amazing, Great shot. The differeing rock colours are really nice. Are these little sculptures man-made or natural? Please excuse my ignorance I have never seen anything like this. :)

Beautiful picture! I saw the same rocks sculptures at Cathedral Rock in Sedona, Arizona! I walked in the forest and they everywhere around me!

We have rock "men" all over northern Ontario as well. Here they are called Inuksuk, an Inuit symbol for safe passage. Excellent photo!
